Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
