Shayona Engineering Appoints O. P. Rathi & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Shayona Engineering Ltd has appointed M/s. O. P. Rathi & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors, effective August 27, 2026. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. SGPS & Associates. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will initially fill the vacancy until the 10th Annual General Meeting. The Board also recommended O. P. Rathi & Co. for a full five-year term from the conclusion of the 10th AGM to the 15th AGM (FY 2026-27 to 2030-31). The proposed remuneration is ₹4,00,000 plus applicable taxes and expenses.
