Shayona Engineering Appoints O. P. Rathi & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Shayona Engineering Limited's members approved the appointment of M/s. O. P. Rathi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. The firm will fill a casual vacancy from August 27, 2026, until the conclusion of the 10th AGM, and will then serve a regular term of five years from the conclusion of the 10th AGM until the 15th AGM, covering financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31. This appointment follows the resignation of M/s. SGPS & Associates.
