Shayona Engineering Director Resigns

Shayona Engineering Ltd has announced the resignation of Mrs. Arpita Tejaskumar Shah as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 26, 2026. Her resignation is due to existing personal commitments and other responsibilities. Consequently, she has also stepped down as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The company has expressed appreciation for her contributions.
