Sheela Foam Re-appoints M S K A & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Sheela Foam Ltd has re-appointed M/s M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years. The re-appointment, effective from the conclusion of the 54th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 59th AGM in 2031, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on May 14, 2026.
