Sheetal Cool Products Ltd. Appoints M/s. Pitroda Nayan & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, Shifts Registered Office, and Allots Convertible Warrants

Sheetal Cool Products Ltd. has appointed M/s. Pitroda Nayan & Co. as the secretarial auditor for a term of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also shifted its registered office from Amreli to Ahmedabad within the jurisdiction of the same ROC. Furthermore, the board approved the allotment of 8,40,000 convertible warrants to non-promoter category investors at Rs. 317.65 per warrant. The warrants are convertible into fully paid-up equity shares of the company on or before the expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment.
