Rajnish Retail Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Rajnish Retail Ltd, formerly known as Sheetal Diamonds Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons, including Promoters, Directors, Auditors, Key Managerial Persons, and their immediate relatives, from April 01, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
