Rajnish Retail Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Rajnish Retail Ltd, formerly known as Sheetal Diamonds Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for Promoters, Directors, Auditors, Key Managerial Persons, and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026. The window will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course. Designated persons have been informed not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the company's securities/shares during the closure of the trading window period.
