Shelter Pharma Ltd announced the regularization of Ms. Vinita Shivraj Gadhavi as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved her appointment for a term of five consecutive years, effective from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Gadhavi, who holds a Ph.D. and MBA, brings over 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare innovation, and strategic growth. She is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.
