Shelter Pharma Converts 465,000 Warrants to Equity Shares

Shelter Pharma Ltd announced the conversion of 465,000 warrants into 465,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each. The conversion was approved by the Board of Directors on October 16, 2026. The warrants were issued at Rs. 42.25 each, with 25% subscription money received earlier. The remaining exercise price of Rs. 31.6875 per warrant was received for this conversion, aggregating to Rs. 14,734,687.50. This conversion increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 168,367,920 to Rs. 173,017,920, representing an increase of 465,000 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
