Shentracon Chemicals Appoints New Registrar & Transfer Agent

Shentracon Chemicals Ltd has appointed M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), effective June 29, 2026. This change follows the amalgamation of the previous RTA, M/s. C B Management Services Private Limited, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The company has completed the process of shifting its registrar and share transfer activities to the new RTA, with confirmation received from NSDL and CDSL. Shareholders and investors are requested to direct all future correspondence to the new RTA. A tripartite agreement is currently under process.
