Shervani Industrial Syndicate Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 10th February 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Statement for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The outcome of the Board meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after the conclusion of the meeting. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company for Directors, Key Managerial personnel, and other designated persons is closed since 1st January 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Statement for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
