Shetron Ltd. has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The key agenda items for this meeting include the consideration and approval of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
