Shikhar Consultants Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till Declaration of Q4 FY26 Results

Shikhar Consultants Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives till the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, and will open 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results and the audited report thereon.
