Trading Window Closed for Shikhar Consultants Ltd Designated Persons Until After Q4 2025 Results

Shikhar Consultants Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Companies Code of Conduct on Insider Trading. The 'Trading restriction period' is applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. The above-mentioned persons are required to comply with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and shall not trade or deal in the Company’s securities during the above period of trading window closure.
