Shilp Gravures: Pranav Bhalara & Kishor Doshi as Whole-time Directors

Shilp Gravures Ltd's Board of Directors approved the change in designation of Mr. Pranav Bhalara and Mr. Kishor Doshi from Executive Director to Whole-time Director. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹2.10 per equity share, and re-appointed M/s. K J Patel and Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
