Shilp Gravures to Consider Final Dividend for FY26

Shilp Gravures Ltd. has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 23, 2026, to consider and recommend a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-2026. The board will also approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
