Shine Fashions Approves Maiden Project for Interlining Manufacturing in India

Shine Fashions (India) Ltd. has approved the setting up of its first project for manufacturing Interlining (Technical Textile), a move aimed at backward integration and significant business growth. The project, estimated to cost approximately Rs. 12 Crores, is expected to start in February 2025 and complete by July 2026. The first phase will be completed in four months, with an investment of around Rs. 12 Crores in land, plant & machinery, fittings & fixtures, and additional working capital. The project will be set up in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, and is expected to be the first of its kind in India, substituting imports.
