Shipping Corp of India Land Assets: Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending September 30, 2026. The measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SCILAL's internal code of conduct. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in SCILAL's shares.
