SCILAL Appoints M/s Amit Ray & Co. as Internal Auditor

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Ltd (SCILAL) has appointed M/s Amit Ray & Co. as its Internal Auditor for a two-year period effective April 1, 2026, with a possible one-year extension at SCILAL's discretion. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
