SCILAL Recommends ₹0.55 Dividend for FY 2025-26

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Ltd (SCILAL) announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share (5.50%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration at the AGM. The board also approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s Amit Ray & Co. as the Internal (External) Auditor for two years effective April 1, 2026.
