Shish Industries Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Shish Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as decided by the board. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company insiders, which closed on July 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results and board meeting outcomes.
