Shiva Cement: FY26 Audited Standalone Results Approved

Shiva Cement Ltd's Board approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The audit report, submitted by M/s Shah Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, had an unmodified opinion. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Amresh Shrivastava as Internal Auditor and M/s Kishore Bhatia & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of results.
