Shiva Cement Ltd. Re-Appoints Manoj Kumar Rustagi as Whole-time Director & CEO for Three Years

Shiva Cement Ltd. has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Rustagi as a Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) for a further period of three years, effective from June 26, 2026, to June 25, 2029. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Mr. Rustagi has been associated with Shiva Cement Limited since 28th February, 2017, and has significantly contributed to the strategic initiatives and new business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science and a postgraduate programme in Management from the Indian School of Business. He has 30 years of experience in the areas of cement and steel manufacturing and information technology.
