Shiva Global Agro Industries Ltd. has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of INR 8,646.25 lakhs and INR 38,105.65 lakhs for the quarter and nine months respectively. The net profit for the quarter was INR 640.34 lakhs, while the net profit attributable to shareholders of the company was INR 324.71 lakhs. The company has also reported an exceptional gain of INR 887.88 lakhs due to the divestment of its subsidiaries.
