Shiva Granito Appoints Two Additional Independent Directors

Shiva Granito Export Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Krati Maheshwari and Mrs. Rekha Panwar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. Both appointments are for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. They have also been appointed as members of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Maheshwari is a Qualified Company Secretary with over five years of experience, while Mrs. Panwar is a legal professional with similar experience in law and corporate compliance. Neither director is related to existing directors or debarred from holding office.
