Shivagrico Implements Ltd Appoints Mr. Arvind Joshi and Mrs. Kavita Jain as Additional Directors

Shivagrico Implements Ltd has appointed Mr. Arvind Joshi and Mrs. Kavita Jain as additional directors designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments are for a tenure of five years commencing from 26th February, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at their ensuing general meeting. The company has also appointed M/S Sharma Umesh & Co. Chartered Accountant as an Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. Ms. Priyanka Shah has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 26th February, 2026.
