Shivam Autotech Ltd. Announces Postal Ballot for Preferential Issue of OCDs with No Promoter Participation

Shivam Autotech Ltd. has announced a postal ballot for the preferential issue of Other Convertible Debentures (OCDs) in accordance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The voting will commence on December 2, 2025, and conclude on December 31, 2025. The company has also issued a corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice on December 16, 2025. Notably, none of the promoters, directors, KMPs, or SMPs of the company intend to subscribe to the OCDs.
