Trading Window Closure Announced by Shivam Autotech Ltd for FY 2025-2026

Shivam Autotech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
