Shivam Chemicals Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th November, 2025 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. The meeting will also discuss other matters. In accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window will be closed till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting or the results being made public.
