Shivkamal Impex Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on February 7, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the registered office of the company in New Delhi. The trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., till February 9, 2026.
