Trading Window Closure Announced by Shivkamal Impex Ltd

Shivkamal Impex Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated in due course.
