Trading Window Closure Announced by Shivkamal Impex Ltd for Designated Persons

Shivkamal Impex Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure is for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
