Shoora Designs Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After Declaration of Audited Financial Results for FY 2025-2026

Shoora Designs Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Standalone audited Financial Results will be intimated separately. Connected persons and designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
