Shoppers Stop Allots 3,773 Shares, Grants 14,815 ESOPs

Shoppers Stop Limited announced the allotment of 3,773 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the SSL Plan 2022. This allotment increases the company's issued share capital to Rs. 55,10,47,175, comprising 11,02,09,435 shares. The Nomination Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee also approved the grant of 14,815 ESOPs and 7,407 RSUs to eligible employees. The company clarified that the share allotment is not material in nature. The meeting of the NRCGC was held on October 16, 2026.
