HDFC Mutual Fund Increases Shoppers Stop Stake to 9.49%

HDFC Mutual Fund has increased its aggregate shareholding in Shoppers Stop Ltd. by 2.03%, bringing its total stake to 9.49% as of July 27, 2026. This disclosure, made under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers Regulations, 2011, follows a previous disclosure on April 23, 2025, where their holding was 7.47%. The acquisition was made through open market purchases. The total paid-up equity share capital of Shoppers Stop has also seen a slight increase.
