
Shraddha Prime Projects Announces Shraddha Park City in Borivali East, Aiming to Generate Rs. 1200 Crores in Next 5 Years
Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has announced the development of one of the largest redevelopment projects, Shraddha Park City, in Borivali East. The project, which has received 10D (Intimation of Disapproval) &CC (Commencement Certificate) and Environment Clearance, is spread over a residential carpet area of 4,36,800 sq. ft. and a commercial carpet area of 34,382 sq. ft. The project is expected to generate revenue of Rs. 1200 Crores in the next 5 years. The multi-storied high-rise tower, located in Nensey Colony, Borivali East, is being developed as per Development Control Planning Regulation (DC PR) 2034, under 33(11) A Scheme, which will fetch additional benefits by way of higher FSI for the Project. The company has also paid Rs. 7,02,40,876/- towards stamp duty on the registration of the Development Agreement.
