Shraddha Prime Projects Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved plans to acquire a 75% stake in a partnership firm 'Shraddha City Spaces' and a 51% stake in a proposed LLP 'Shraddha Athon LLP'. Additionally, they approved an increase in borrowing powers and the creation of security on company properties, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
