Shraddha Prime Projects Sets Oct 15, 2026 as Rights Issue Record Date

Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd. has announced the record date for its upcoming Rights Issue. The Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 1st, set Thursday, October 15, 2026, as the record date. This date will determine the eligibility of equity shareholders to receive the Rights Issue Entitlement. The company has also made necessary arrangements with NSDL and CDSL to credit the Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form to eligible shareholders' demat accounts prior to the issue opening date, under a separate ISIN.
