Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper Ltd has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the consideration and adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Additionally, Mrs. Bela Shah will be considered for re-appointment as a director liable to retire by rotation. Special business includes the appointment of Mrs. Nishtha Harivanshi Pamnani as an Independent Director for a term of five years, commencing August 14, 2026.
