Shree Bhavya Fabrics Appoints Internal Auditor, Re-appoints MD

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Kamal M Shah & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Purushottam Radheshyam Agarwal as Managing Director for a further five-year term from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting also reviewed the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit after tax of ₹68.55 Lacs.
