Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd Closes Trading Window in Compliance with SEBI Regulations

Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons as defined in the company's Code. This closure is in compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Insider Trading Prohibition Code. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 01%April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the financial year ending on 31% March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the said results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
