Shree Cement: Gaurav Jain appointed Head - Corporate Affairs from June 1, 2026

Shree Cement Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Jain as Head - Corporate Affairs, effective June 1, 2026. This date has been advanced from the previously communicated June 20, 2026. Initially, the appointment was subject to shareholder approval, but due to revised terms, this requirement is no longer applicable. Mr. Jain is designated as a Senior Management Person. He brings over two decades of experience in sales, business development, investor relations, and corporate affairs, with prior roles at Jaypee Group, ICICI Group, and Accenture. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Notably, Mr. Jain is a relative of Mr. H.M. Bangur, Chairman, and Mr. Prashant Bangur, Vice Chairman (Promoters) of the company.
