
Competition Commission of India Approves Shree Digvijay Cement's Distribution Transaction and Share Acquisition
Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd. has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for a brand usage, supply and distributorship agreement with Hi-Bond Cement Private Limited. The agreement, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, will allow for the exclusive long-term distribution of cement products manufactured by Hi-Bond to be distributed by the Company. The CCI has also approved the proposed acquisition of the Company's shares by India Resurgence Asset Management Business Private Limited, the Fund Manager of India Resurgence Fund - Scheme 1; India Resurgence Fund 2 - Scheme 2; India Resurgence Fund 2 - Scheme 4 (IndiaRF). The approval was granted in a meeting held on 18.11.2025 under Section 31(1) of the Act.
