Shree Ganesh Elastoplast to Add New Object Clause in MOA for Consultancy Services

Shree Ganesh Elastoplast Ltd. has announced a Board of Directors meeting on 2nd March 2026 to consider adding a new object clause in the Memorandum of Association. The new clause will enable the company to carry on new business activities of consultancy services for trade, industry, and commerce, including supervisory and technical services. The meeting will also finalize the notice for postal ballot/e-voting and appoint Kamlesh M Shah & Co., PCS as scrutinizers for the postal ballot/e-voting process. Additionally, CDSL will be appointed as the e-voting services provider for the appointment of the director.
