Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd Re-appoints Mr. Parth Chandulal Kothia as Whole-time Director and CFO for 5 More Years

Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Parth Chandulal Kothia as a Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer for a further period of 5 years, effective from January 17, 2026. This decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on January 16, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kothia has been instrumental in driving the company's growth since he joined in 2021. His marketing and finance initiatives have had an organization-wide impact. Mr. Kothia is a Graduate in Chemical Engineering and holds a Master of Science degree in Global Finance from Fordham University, USA. He has more than five years of experience in Business Development for Pharmaceutical Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Members.
