Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd. has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on January 23, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The trading window for dealing/trading in the shares of the company by designated persons was closed from January 1, 2026, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results.
