Trading Window Closure Announced by Shree Precoated Steels Ltd

Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window as per the SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Thursday, January 01, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The decision is in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices related to securities market. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, will be communicated in due course of time.
