Shree Pushkar Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated and connected persons. The window will remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Designated persons and their relatives are advised not to deal in the company's shares during this period. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these results will be announced subsequently.
