Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The exact date of the declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
